By downloading and using Santa Call Me ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Santa Call Me provides personalized video calling experiences featuring Santa Claus for entertainment purposes. The service is designed to create magical Christmas experiences for children and families.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use the App
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children's use
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• You will not use the App for any commercial purposes without our written consent
• You will provide accurate information when creating an account

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Santa Call Me for personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to these Terms and may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, audio, graphics, user interface, code, and software, is owned by Santa Call Me and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements
• That all errors or defects will be corrected
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santa Call Me and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santa Call Me from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Santa Call Me regarding the use of the App.
